The Property Press Awards are wholly independent and are free to enter for all journalists whose work has been published in the UK.

How do I enter the Property Press Awards 2020?

From Monday 6 January 2020 you can enter your work via the Enter page on the Property Press Awards 2020 website. From here, select the categories you wish to enter and upload your entries along with your contact information.

What is the deadline for Entries?

The deadline for entries is Friday 6 March 2020. Entries are open for a 2 month period.

Is there a cost for entry?

There is no cost for entering the Property Press Awards 2020.

How do I send a postal entry?

Please Note: If any work samples have to be mailed, they will not be returned unless an appropriately sized self-addressed stamped mailer is provided. The Property Press Awards will not be responsible for any damaged or lost works.

How do I upload a video to my entry?

If part of your entry contains video, the content must be hosted online using a service such as YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox or an equivalent, and you must include all appropriate URLs in the entry form or on your ‘ Supporting Evidence ’ document.

Can I nominate someone for a Property Press Award?

Yes, just enter your contact details and then upload examples of the nominee’s work. You can nominate more than one person by submitting the form multiple times and nominate different people across different award categories.

Is there an eligibility period for my entry?

Yes, your work must have been published between the dates of 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2019 in order to be eligible.

Who will be the Judges of the Property Press Awards?

Our judges are some of the most respected figures in the property sector. 2019's panel featured 40+ industry experts comprising senior executives, media and marketing professionals and personalities from across the sector.

When will the Longlist be announced?

The Longlist will be announced Tuesday 17 March 2020. The longlist is now live here

When will the Shortlist be announced?

The Shortlist will be announced Monday 20 April 2020. A press release will be issued and shortlisted entrants will be listed on the Property Press Awards website. Shortlisted attendees will also be contacted by us and entitled to attend the event.

Winners will be announced on 30 November 2020 at a virtual awards ceremony hosted by YouTube, that you can watch right here on the website.
